Ingredients
Each 6 g dose contains 244 mg of magnesium as amino acid chelate (UltraMag®), 36.2 mg of magnesium as heavy oxide, 500 mg of glutamine, 500 mg of taurine, and 75 mg of levocarnitine tartrate, equivalent to 51.15 mg of levocarnitine. It also includes 66.1 mg of d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate, equivalent to 80 IU of vitamin E, 25 mg of thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), 5 mg of riboflavin (vitamin B2), 20 mg of nicotinamide (vitamin B3), 27.29 mg of calcium pantothenate, equivalent to 25 mg of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and 2.29 mg of calcium. Additionally, it contains 50 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride, equivalent to 41.1 mg of pyridoxine (vitamin B6), 150 micrograms of folic acid (vitamin B9), 18 micrograms of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), 8.29 mg of calcium (as calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate), 60 micrograms of molybdenum (as molybdenum trioxide), 10.5 mg of potassium (as potassium aspartate monohydrate), 24 micrograms of selenium (from selenium 100 micrograms), and 1.3 mg of sodium (as phosphate dibasic sodium anhydrous).

Uses
