Each 3.5 g dose provides a comprehensive blend of antioxidants and nutrients. It contains 1.6 g of ascorbic acid (vitamin C), 462.6 mg of sodium ascorbate (equivalent to 411.3 mg of ascorbic acid), and 190.8 mg of calcium ascorbate dihydrate (equivalent to 157.5 mg of ascorbic acid), bringing the total vitamin C content to 2.1 g. The formula also includes 72.7 mg of d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate, providing 88 IU of vitamin E, along with 63.8 mg of rutoside, 21.9 mg of zinc amino acid chelate (equivalent to 4.4 mg of zinc), and 1.3 mg of betacarotene.
