- Hold mask with nose piece at top of mask with white lining facing you.
- Apply mask to your nose and mouth and pinch nosepiece to conorm to your nose
- Secure the two loops around your ears. Expand pleats to create void placing the bottom of the mask under your chin
- Mould nose piece tightly to secure facial fit.
Masks need to be replaced ever 2-4 hours of continuous use.
