Diatomaceous Earth is made from the fossilised remains of tiny aquatic organisms called diatoms. Under a microscope, each particle has a hard, cylindrical shape with sharp edges - making it an effective physical scrubber for the digestive tract.

As these microscopic particles travel through the digestive system, they act like a gentle internal exfoliant (that's how it got it's name - Gut Scrub!) Their negatively charged surface attracting and binding to positively charged pathogens, bacteria, fungi, parasites, and heavy metals.
