Choc Chip Coconut Cookies
Ingredients
2/3 cup of Niulife Organic Coconut Flour
1/3 cup melted Niulife Organic Coconut Butter
1/4 cup Niulife Organic Coconut Syrup
2 eggs (or vegan egg replacement)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
2. Combine all ingredients (except choc chips) in a mixing bowl, mix until it forms a cookie dough consistency.
3. Add chocolate chips and gently mix.
4. Scoop onton a lined baking tray and bak for 15-20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes (they will continue cooking).
6. Eat & Enjoy.
