Uses
Simply add 9 grams (1 heaped tablespoon) of Super Gut into 250 mL of cold water and mix well. For children or anyone new to fibre, we recommend starting with half a serve. If you aren’t new to fibre, but notice some digestive discomfort within the first few days of use, we recommend reducing to a half dose and increasing as tolerance builds.
