Ingredients
Each tablet contains 150 mg of zinc amino acid chelate, equivalent to 30 mg of zinc, and 100 mg of magnesium amino acid chelate, equivalent to 20 mg of magnesium. It also includes 100 mg of ascorbic acid (vitamin C), 30 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride, equivalent to 24.8 mg of pyridoxine (vitamin B6), and 518 micrograms of retinol acetate, equivalent to 450 micrograms retinol equivalents of vitamin A.

- If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
- The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
- Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
- Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
- Contains soya bean products, phenylalanine and sulfites.
- If you have any pre-existing conditions or are on any medications always talk to your health professional before use.
- Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before any elective surgery, please confirm with your health professional.
Uses
To use BioCeuticals Zinc Sustain 120 Tablets, adults should take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
