Uses
Most MCT oils come from large corporate plantations that destroy rainforests, but Niulife coconut MCT oil is 100% coconut derived, meaning it’s better for small farmers, better for the orangutans and better for the earth.
Directions:
Use in coffee, tea, smoothies, as a salad dressing, a dipping oil or straight from a spoon.
A sudden increase in ingestion may cause digestive upset. For best effect take 1 tablespoon directly before athletic training and gradually build to 4 tablespoons or until you stop seeing benefits. Suitable for low carb and ketogenic diets.
