Sam has completed health studies on the Principles of Health at Weimar University, USA and Plant Based Nutrition from eCornell University, USA. He also has a Master’s Degree in International Studies with a focus on consumer behaviour. He is also currently undertaking an advanced graduate diploma in nutrition from endeavour college. In 2024, Sam was recognised as the Natural Health Retailer of the Year as well as other numerous awards. Leading an active lifestyle, Sam has competed in over 32 full and half marathons in Australia and the USA.

Dr Julie Douglass has led a distinguished medical career spanning more than 50 years. In partnership with her brother, she founded Australia’s first fully computerised automated pathology group – Douglass Laboratories. This became the founding business to Douglass Hanley Moir, Australia’s largest pathology group. She has a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and a Diploma in Occupational Health. Dr Julie’s depth and breadth of experience, along with today’s science has led to her medical philosophy about the critical importance of preventative medicine and lifestyle.

Moesha is the Australian star of swimming, known for her strength in long-distance freestyle events. With a background of consistent podium finishes and elite endurance, she’s proudly represented Australia on the world stage. Moesha claimed silver in the 2024 Paris Olympics Women’s 10km Marathon and then in the 2025 World Aquatics Championships won Gold in the Women’s 10km and 5km Open Water, with a Bronze in the Women’s 3km Knockout. In 2026, Moesha has continued her winning streak with another Gold in the Women’s 10km Open water at the Pan Pacific swimming Championships. With rigorous training around the world, Moesha continues to compete by pushing boundaries with every lap and making waves as Australia's current world champion in distance swimming.
Nick Timmings

Nick is a champion athlete! His core body strength from a background in athletics and soccer worked in tandem with his goals to make it in skeleton racing. In his competition of the 2022/2023 season Nick placed 2nd in the Asian Championships held on the 2018 Winter Olympic track in South Korea. On his Olympic debut in Beijing 2022, he finished his campaign in 25th place overall. Training hard to compete in the 2025 Olympics in Cortina, Italy, Nick represented Australia on the sport’s biggest stage finishing an incredible 21st overall. Throughout his career he has raced for Australia over 100 times, winning an overall North Americas Cup title and setting Australian track records on 4 tracks with Australian start records on 8 tracks around the world.
Quieta Bail Naturopath (BHSc)

Quiet is a degree-qualified naturopath (BHSc). Name is pronounced key-et-ah. Quieta worked for Gr8 Health and assisted in opening our Wellness Method, a hub for naturopathic services and advice. She is passionate about helping people make small changes to their daily lives to improve their health and longevity and she absolutely adores using herbal medicine, diet and lifestyle as tools. This being said, she has a lot of experience in supporting gut/metabolic health, mental health and recovery from burn-out.
