What are Bath and Body products?
This is a Gr8 question as it encompasses all the needs for your skin! Bath products are used in the bath, and the shower and mainly used while cleansing your body. Body products are generally used after cleansing to protect and nourish your skin.
We also take care of our body’s skin by keeping it nourished from the inside. When we’re eating nourishing foods and taking supportive supplements, our skin’s structure is strengthened and you can see, and feel, the results of healthy glowing skin.
Why is Skin Care Important?
Skin is our largest organ and it’s important to take good care of it as it has a number of key functions. It protects the body from bacteria, chemicals and regulates the temperature for our internal organs. The skin is also a part of our waste management system (sweat, pimples etc.) so it needs extra support to help keep the pours clean and protected so they can effectively do their job.
Skincare can be as simple as 1, 2, 3 – cleanse, moisturise and protect! Cleansing with soap or shower gel, moisturise with a lotion and protect with SPF product.

What are the Best Moisturising Products?
There are many moisturising products available for every budget and skin type. Again, natural products which have no harsh chemicals, are favoured as anything you use on your skin will work its way through to your body. There are a choice of creams, gels, lotions and serums to suit your personal choice. They also come in a range of fragrances, or fragrance free.
Is the skin on my face different to the skin on my body?
The skin on your face (and chest) is finer than that on your body and requires slightly different care. Cleansing your face, neck and chest requires a cleanser which is more gentle as it can ‘strip’ the natural occurring oils which are beneficial for healthy skin. Moistursiers are also required in a more gentle formulation to ensure your pours are not being ‘filled’ so they can still expel waste and keep your face glowing naturally.
The most important factor in all skincare is sun protection. A good SPF (Sun Protection Factor) product is essential for all exposed areas of your skin in direct sunlight.
